What we do

Small repairs
The repairs that pile up around a house or building. For example, doors that stick, drag or won’t latch get fixed and adjusted so they close properly again.

General maintenance
Routine upkeep for a home or a commercial property, so small problems get handled before they turn into bigger ones.

Cabinet painting
A new color on the cabinets you already have. Good prep is most of the job: cleaning, sanding and priming before the paint goes on.
Residential and commercial work
We work for homeowners, and for businesses and property managers. If you run a commercial property, see the Central Property Services main site.
